If something has been missed or doesn’t meet expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll work quickly to make it right. That may mean returning to address the issue or discussing a fair solution based on the situation.

What Our Guarantee Covers
Our guarantee is designed to give you confidence when booking with ResetCo. If something within the agreed service scope has been missed, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the concern and arrange the next step.
This may include:
missed areas within the agreed clean
concerns relating to the quality of the completed service
reasonable service issues raised within the review window
What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
To keep things fair and clear, our guarantee does not apply to:
areas or tasks not included in the booked service
pre-existing damage or wear
issues caused after the clean has been completed
concerns raised outside the stated review period
heavily neglected or high-build-up areas not disclosed beforehand
